This hotel's location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of the city near many great cafes and events. the staff provided excellent service, their behavior was professional, helpful, and friendly. the room itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. the bathroom was tidy and included all essential toiletries.
We did experience difficulty with privacy as the walls were thin.

The hotel's location was super convenient and just a short walk away from great cafes and happening spots. the staff was polite and hospitable, making us feel welcomed during our stay. the amenities offered were well-performing and we had everything that we needed.
Our experience was not entirely satisfying. We booked two rooms, but only one was allotted to us upon check-in.

The hotel's location couldn't be better - close to great cafes and happening areas of Jaipur. The staff behavior was really good, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's database was helpful in finding nearby attractions and making recommendations. The overall experience at Hotel Keptown was fantastic.

The hotel's staff were really friendly and helpful during our Easter break. The proximity to popular cafes and the city's happening area was a big plus. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the availability of hot showers.
There were a few aspects we didn't quite enjoy during our stay. Our second room was not allotted to us upon check-in, and the washrooms were not cleaned properly.

The location was superb, as it was close to many cafes and happening areas of the city. The staff behavior was perfect, as they were always helpful and accommodating. The parking facility was also quite convenient for me.
